You must cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any last minute cancellations will result in a cancellation charge. 10 minutes late, no call no show will result in an immediate cancellation of your service, a 100% fee of the total service booked, and the inability to book future appointments with Curlicue Beauty Studio. Clients who arrive for services but have to cancel day of appointments will be charged 100% of total service, regardless of cause.
